Dear guests, Welcome!

We wish you nice and pleasant vacation in our luxurious apartments. We make an effort to equip our apartments best we can, so you can feel comfortable and relax in them. We are sure you will use everything you want with responsibility and care, as you behave at home.

The water, that you will use, is from a cistern, and it uses hydrant to come to all faucets. The water is correct for showering, dish-washing and cooking. It is best to open the faucets halfway because of the difference in water pressure and to equalize the temperature. We ask you, please use the water rationally. We also ask you to let us know if the water is leaking illegal (broken faucets, water tanks).

If there is power failure, please don’t use the water and when you leave your apartment, pay attention that all faucets are closed.

FAQ

Accommodation reservation

The process is very simple. After calling or sending an inquiry via email form with the date of planned arrival, you will receive a positive or negative answer about the availability of the accommodation unit.

If everything fits, you get instructions for paying in advance, as accommodation reservations.

Cancellation

If you are not able to realize the planned vacation, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds depend on the time period between the cancellation and the start of the planned booking.

Entering / leaving the apartment

The time of entering the apartment is after 12 o'clock on the day of booking. Before entering, our staff will thoroughly clean and tidy up the accommodation unit.

Leaving the apartment is no later than 10 am on the last day of booking. Please check all drawers and cabinets in detail so you don’t forget some of your stuff. We do not take any responsibility for lost or missing items.

Tourist taxes

Local tourist tax is mandatory for all guests over 12 years old. The fee amount is displayed on the Pricelist" page.

WiFi Internet

The villa is covered by a solid WiFi signal, and resources are shared equally among all users. We ask guests not to use illegal content such as torrents, which, in addition to being legally controversial, drastically reduces the quality of service.

Parking

Next to the villa there is enough space to park the vehicles of all guests and there is no charge.
